Engine 2 Diet : Animal, Health and Planet Friendly!
The diet was developed by Rip Esselstyn (a firefighter in Austin, Texas) in an effort to get all of the Engine 2 firehouse on a plant-based diet, in order to save the life of a firefighter in dire health.  It is a vegan, oil-free diet designed to improve health and lose weight. The results are amazing and inspire many people to maintain a vegan diet.
“The Engine 2 Diet is based on peer-reviewed, medical research science that shows a low-fat, plant-based diet can prevent, and in many cases reverse chronic western diseases — cancer, heart disease, Type II Diabetes and more — with the added bonus of healthy weight loss! All by simply changing the foods we choose to eat.”
Share Vegan!
Help others reduce their consumption of animal products by sharing delicious vegan meals with them. Most individuals transitioning toward vegetarianism are amazed at the wealth of new tastes they can enjoy. Get your big table set and have friends and family over for a Fall Harvest Dinner.
