1 cup almond or rice milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 squirt chocolate syrup
1 banana, frozen
3 strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup spinach
Fruity Style
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 banana, frozen
1 carrot
1/4 cup spinach
