Cleanse your palette with a tasty and refreshing smoothie that’s guaranteed to cool you down on a warm Summer’s day.


  • 1 cup Silk light original almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana*
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1/8 fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp protein powder and/or 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)


Blend all ingredients until smooth and lemon-berry fresh. *Remember to cut bananas and blueberries before freezing them.
