Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms

1 bottle Just Egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black salt

1 Wholly Wholesome Traditional 9 inch pie shell
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic for about 4 minutes until softened.

Add spinach, black pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black salt. Sauté for 2 more minutes until spinach is wilted.

Transfer vegetables to a colander and drain off excess moisture.

Spread drained vegetables evenly into the pie shell.

Pour the full bottle of Just Egg over the vegetables.
