Smoky Citrus Corn Bliss
This grilled corn gets a smoky char and a bright burst of lime and cilantro for the perfect summertime side. Simple, fresh and full of flavor, it is a warm weather favorite you will crave all season long.
Ingredients

4 ears corn

2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil

Smoked paprika to taste

1 lime, cut into wedges

Fresh chopped cilantro

Sea salt to taste

Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat grill over high until hot.

For extra char, pull back a few husks from each corn ear. Place corn directly on the grill, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until husks are charred.

Let cool until safe to handle. Remove husks and silk completely or fold them back as handles.

Brush each ear with coconut oil.

Place corn on a serving platter. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, squeeze fresh lime juice over top and finish with cilantro, sea salt and black pepper.

Serve warm and enjoy.
