  • 23 Roma Tomatoes or 1 1/2 Pint Cherry Tomatoes

  • 23 Cloves Garlic

  • Handful of Fresh Basil

  • Vegan Parmesan (Let Thy Food Superfood Parms, nooch, or your favorite)

  • Vegan Mozzarella (Daiya, Miyoko’s, or other preferred brand)

  • Optional Toppings: Mushrooms, Black Olives, Extra Tomatoes, or Veggies of Choice


Instructions

  1. Drizzle EVOO onto the bread, rub with pizza blend, and let it marinate for a few minutes.

  2. Chop tomatoes, mince garlic, and chop fresh basil.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add EVOO and tomatoes, and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in garlic, lower heat, and cover for 5 minutes to create a quick, fresh pizza sauce.

  4. Stir in basil and cook for a couple more minutes to infuse the flavors.

  5. Heat a griddle to medium-high and place the crust spice-side-down for a few minutes until warm. Drizzle a little more EVOO and spice blend on the bare side, then flip for another couple of minutes.

  6. Place the marinated crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet, add sauce, sprinkle shredded vegan cheeses, and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  7. Add any extra toppings you like. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade masterpiece.
