This ultra-creamy vegan queso dip uses plant-based Alfredo sauce and melty vegan mozzarella for a rich, cheesy texture. Packed with spices, green chiles, and a touch of heat, it’s perfect for chips, burritos, or enchiladas.
Ingredients

1 jar Simple Truth Plant Based Alfredo Vegan Pasta Sauce

1 bag Violife Mozzarella

1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Instructions

In a pan over medium heat, add the vegan Alfredo sauce and Violife mozzarella. Stir frequently and bring to a gentle simmer until the cheese is fully melted.

Reduce heat to low and stir in diced green chiles, minced garlic, crushed red chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, sriracha, nutritional yeast, and cilantro.

Cook on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is well combined and heated through.

Remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips and salsa, or use as a topping for burritos and enchiladas.
Notes
Stir often while melting the cheese to keep the dip smooth.
Add sliced jalapeños or extra sriracha if you want more heat.
This dip thickens as it cools and is delicious cold the next day.
Serve immediately for the smoothest texture.
