Ingredients

1 medium spaghetti squash (about 2.5 pounds, yields about 3.5 cups)

1 cup marinara sauce (nutrition varies by brand)
Instructions

Microwave Method (quickest):

Cut spaghetti squash in half.

Add a splash of water to a large plate and place squash halves face down.

Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes or until the inside is soft.

Note: The halves do not need to seal perfectly to the plate for this to work.

Oven Method:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pierce whole squash all over with a knife.

Place in a foil lined baking pan and bake for 60 minutes until tender.

Let squash cool slightly, then scoop out the seeds.
