Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews, soaked 15 to 30 minutes and drained if not using a high power blender

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon sea salt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1/8 teaspoon turmeric

14 oz Willy’s Medium Salsa or Willy’s Hot Salsa, depending on spice preference
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high power blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning or acidity if desired.

Optional: warm the queso on the stovetop or in the microwave before serving.
