1 pack vegan crescent rolls

4 oz Certified Vegan Oatly Plain Cream Cheese

1 cup Chao Creamy Original Shreds or your favorite vegan shreds

1 pack vegan ham slices

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 tablespoons diced red onion

1 scallion, sliced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon thinly sliced parsley, for topping

Pinch of cracked black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

On a flat surface, unroll the crescent dough and gently pinch the perforated seams together to form one solid rectangle.

Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, scallions, and black pepper over the surface.

Evenly layer the vegan ham slices, followed by the shredded vegan cheese and diced red onion.

Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and press the seam to seal.
