This mango smoothie bowl blends tropical fruit with turmeric, ginger, and lemon for a creamy, immune supporting breakfast topped with crunchy granola and fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon plant protein of choice
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Notes
