Crispy Truffle-Seasoned Tater Tots

These crispy truffle-seasoned tater tots are tossed with Certified Vegan white truffle oil, warm spices, and fresh scallions for a savory snack that feels elevated and indulgent. Perfect for truffle lovers and easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Truff White Truffle Oil

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • 1 scallion, diced

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Cook frozen tater tots according to package directions.

  2. While the tots cook, combine onion powder, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper in a small bowl.

  3. When the tots are finished, transfer them to a large bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the hot tots. Toss until well coated.

  4. Drizzle the truffle oil over the tots and add the diced scallion. Toss again until evenly coated and fragrant.

Notes
