2 cups dried red lentils

1 can coconut milk (15 oz), full fat or light

1 tablespoon curry powder

2 teaspoons turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Bring the water to a boil in a medium pot.
