Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Silk vanilla soymilk

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches

3 tablespoons sweetener of choice

1 dash salt

8 ice pop molds or small paper cups

8 popsicle sticks
Instructions

Add the soymilk, peaches and sweetener to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture evenly into molds or paper cups.

If using paper cups, cover each one with plastic wrap and poke the stick through the center to keep it upright.

Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until fully solid.
