Lunch: Wrap with potatoes, Trader Joe’s pesto, Follow Your Heart pepper jack, lettuce, Chosen Foods chipotle ranch dressing plus a small orange and half an apple.

Peach Mango Salsa with Whole Wheat Chips

Snack: Tortilla chips with salsa and pesto; a bite of dark chocolate 🙂 

Dinner: Crispy kale and shiitake fried rice with tofu

Snack: Homemade apple chips with cinnamon dipped in So Delicious Cocowhip!
