With peanut butter for protein, banana for natural sweetness, and a handful of spinach for extra nutrients, it’s a quick and energizing way to begin your day.

This smoothie blends comfort and nourishment in one glass. The frozen fruit gives it that thick milkshake texture, while the chocolate syrup and peanut butter add just the right amount of indulgence. It’s a perfect grab-and-go breakfast or post-workout boost that keeps you full and fueled.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (such as oat or almond)

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 squirt chocolate syrup (use vegan-friendly)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3 frozen strawberries

  • ¼ cup spinach

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture.

For a thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit or a few ice cubes.

If you prefer it sweeter, add a date or a drizzle of maple syrup.

Substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower butter for a nut-free version.
