Description

Creamy Comfort in Five Minutes

This silky smooth dairy free queso blends cashews, salsa and simple seasonings into a warm, comforting dip that comes together in minutes. Scoop it up with chips or veggies for the easiest party favorite ever.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup salsa

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender except the water.

  2. Begin blending on low and gradually increase to high.

  3. Slowly pour in the water until you reach your perfect queso consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Pour into a serving bowl and enjoy with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes
