Description

A Frosty Berry Boost

This vibrant acai bowl blends berries, banana and acai into a thick, frosty swirl that is both refreshing and nourishing. Add crunchy, fruity toppings for the perfect plant powered breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Acai Bowl

  • 2 cups frozen berry mix

  • 1 fresh or frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons acai berry powder

  • 1 cup water or nondairy milk, plus more if needed

  • 1 serving protein powder, hemp seeds or nut butter (optional)

Toppings

  • Fresh berries

  • Granola

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Chia seeds or hemp hearts


Instructions

  1. Add berries, banana, acai powder, optional protein and water or nondairy milk to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick. Add a splash more liquid only if needed.

  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes and seeds.

  4. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Top with extra berries, cacao nibs, granola clusters or sliced banana for added texture and color.
