These tender Beyond Meat meatballs simmer in a rich marinara for a classic, comforting Italian style dish that is perfect for pasta night.
Ingredients

1 lb Beyond Beef

1 ½ tbsp bread crumb

¾ tsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped onion

1 tsp chopped basil

2 tsp chopped parsley

2 ½ tbsp plant based parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch black pepper
-
Pinch kosher salt

23 oz Prego Italian Sauce Fresh Mushroom

Olive oil (for browning)
Instructions

Add Beyond Beef, bread crumb, parsley, basil, onion, garlic and parmesan cheese to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Roll mixture into golf ball sized portions, about 1 ounce each, and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove meatballs from the skillet once a crust forms.

Clean the skillet and place it back on the stovetop over medium heat.

Pour marinara sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Add the browned meatballs back to the sauce.
