This festive vegan chocolate candy bark layers crisp crackers, buttery caramel, melted chocolate, and Certified Vegan UNREAL candy for a sweet and salty holiday treat that is perfect for sharing or gifting.

1 (5.0 oz) pack Certified Vegan UNREAL Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems

1 (3.2 oz) pack Certified Vegan UNREAL Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

2 cups vegan chocolate chips

40 saltine crackers

1 cup vegan butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with foil, covering the edges, then place parchment paper on top to line the pan.

Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add vegan butter and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until the sugar is fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
