Ingredients
White Bean Salad

1 1/2 cups cooked white beans or 1 can rinsed and drained

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

Tangy Dairy Free Yogurt Dressing

1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free yogurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Instructions
