This one-bowl fire-roasted salsa is bold, zesty, and ready in minutes. Fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, and fresh lime are blended into a smooth, flavorful salsa that’s perfect for dipping or adding to your favorite savory dishes.
Ingredients

2 cans fire-roasted diced garlic tomatoes

2 jalapeños

4 large garlic cloves

1 large sweet white onion

1 small lime
-
1 bunch cilantro, leaves and stems
Instructions

Roughly chop the sweet onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and garlic. Add to a food processor.

Add the two cans of fire-roasted tomatoes and blend until smooth.

Squeeze the lime juice into the salsa and blend again until fully combined.

Notes
