1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/2 cup Violife Cheddar Shreds

1/3 cup water

4 flour tortillas

1 large sweet white onion, diced

1 cup chopped cilantro

Juice of 4 limes

Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a bowl, combine diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
