Description

A Kombucha Mule With A Sparkly Ginger Citrus Twist

A bright, fizzy cocktail that swaps ginger beer for ginger kombucha to create a lighter, tangier, and totally refreshing mule style drink that feels perfect for toasting new beginnings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon date syrup

  • Ginger kombucha, such as a Jammin Ginger style flavor, to top

  • 1 hibiscus blossom, for garnish

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug or your favorite cocktail glass with ice.

  2. Add the vodka, lime juice, and date syrup to the glass. Stir well until everything is fully combined.

  3. Top with ginger kombucha until the glass is full, then give it a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with a hibiscus blossom and serve immediately.

Notes

Make a fun mocktail version by skipping the vodka and adding extra kombucha plus a splash of sparkling water.

Add a thin slice of fresh ginger or a twist of orange peel for more aroma and flair.

Serve with salty snacks like roasted nuts, pretzels, or kettle chips to balance the bright, sweet tang.

Mix a small batch in a pitcher, then pour over ice and garnish each glass for an easy party drink.
