Rich, nostalgic, and melt-in-your-mouth holiday fudge made the vegan way

There is something truly special about homemade fudge during the holidays. It feels nostalgic, comforting, and meant to be shared. This Decadent Vegan Fudge was inspired by classic holiday tins filled with perfectly creamy squares, only reimagined using all vegan ingredients. The result is rich, smooth, and deeply chocolatey with just a hint of espresso to bring out the cocoa flavor.

This recipe is wonderfully simple and comes together on the stovetop before setting in the fridge. It is perfect for gifting, sharing at gatherings, or sneaking a square straight from the fridge when a chocolate craving hits.
