Rebecca has been vegan since 2013 but has had a connection with animals ever since a young age. Representing spooky, fat vegans, she has a solid background in the food service industry and non-profit community-based organizations. She believes firmly that not only can anyone learn how to bake and cook but they can make any dish vegan and delicious. She has a rescue dog named Zoey, enjoys walks in the cemetery, gardening and discussing intersectionality.
