• 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • dash of salt and pepper as needed
  • 1/4 cup of hot sauce (such as franks red hot)
  • vegan Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut cauliflower into florets and then toss them in oil, salt and pepper. Arrange florets in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-30 minutes in the oven.

Cover cauliflower in your favorite hot sauce. Sit back and enjoy with plant-based blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
