Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1 Just Egg bottle
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 Wholly Wholesome Traditional 9″ Pie Shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In olive oil, Sauté 2 cups mushrooms, 1 chopped yellow onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic for 4 minutes. Add 2 cups finely chopped spinach, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black salt (if you have it) and sauté 2 more minutes. Drain veggies in a colander and pour into a pastry shell. Add one full bottle of Just Egg. Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake 1 hour. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
