Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk light original almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana*
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/8 fresh thyme
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp protein powder and/or 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and lemon-berry fresh. *Remember to cut bananas and blueberries before freezing them.
