Quick and Easy Chili is the perfect recipe for busy weeknights. This hearty dish combines savory Gardein Ground Be’f Crumbles, beans and tomatoes with a blend of aromatic spices. All simmered to perfection in just under 30 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 32oz Ocean’s Halo Certified Vegan No Chicken Broth
  • 2 onions, chopped 
  • 13.7oz Gardein Ground Be’f
  • 2 15oz cans organic black beans 
  • 2 15oz cans organic pinto beans 
  • 2 15oz cans organic kidney beans 
  • 15oz organic tomato sauce 
  • 28oz organic crushed tomatoes 
  • 7oz diced canned green chili peppers 
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp cumin 

DIRECTIONS 

  • In a large stockpot, add the Gardein crumbles, onions, No Chicken Broth and spices. Rapid simmer on medium-high heat for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and onions to soften. 
  • Stir in the beans and tomatoes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing the chili to thicken and the flavors to fully develop.
  • Feel free to enhance the chili with garnishes such as vegan sour cream or vegan cheese. For added texture, serve alongside cornbread or crackers.
