Servings: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Lightlife Certified Vegan Smart Deli Ham Slices
  • 1 pack of vegan turkey deli slices
  • 1 pack of Chao Creamery Creamy Original Slices
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup dijon
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 4 to 6 slices of vegan French toast

DIRECTIONS

  • Butter one side of your French toast and place it butter-side down in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Spread vegan mayo and Dijon mustard on the exposed side. Add a layer of Chao cheese, followed by vegan ham, vegan turkey, and another layer of Chao cheese. Spread mayo on the other slice of French toast, then place it on top to close the sandwich. Spread butter on the top of the sandwich.
  • Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and a side of raspberry jam for dipping.
