Trey is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. His research investigates non-market strategy, which addresses the interactions between companies, government, and social movements. Prior to earning a PhD, Trey worked in management consulting, leading projects related to post-merger integration, profitability modeling, and process change. Trey became vegan about 9 years ago after learning more about the ethical problems related to meat, dairy, and egg production. Before becoming vegan, Trey was an avid hunter and angler.
