This is one of my favorite bloody mary mixes. I was so excited when they became Certified Vegan. The ingredients are organic and fresh just like you would make at home. For this recipe, I kept it pretty simple. No need to enhance the flavor of Tres Agaves Certified Vegan Bloody Mary Mix, it has the perfect balance of spice and savory notes that speak for itself. Just top it off with some playful garnishes and homemade vegan cream cheese-stuffed olives for a brunch treat everyone will love. Cheers to a delicious start to the day.

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 33.8oz Tres Agaves Certified Vegan Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 750ml Grainger’s Deluxe Certified Vegan Organic Vodka
  • 8oz Oatly Certified Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 8 celery stalks
  • 1 jar pickles
  • 1 jar Spanish queen olives stuffed with minced pimiento
  • 1 jar pickled dilly beans
  • 12 dill sprigs
  • 1 jar pickled garlic
  • 1 jar roasted red pepper
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1 pack of skewers

DIRECTIONS

  • Take a large green olive, scoop out the pimento with the back of a small spoon handle, and gently stuff it with Oatly Certified Vegan Cream Cheese. Repeat the process for as many olives as you like and set to the side.
  • Create a skewer by layering an array of ingredients. Slide them onto the skewer in any order you prefer.
  • Start off with a generous scoop of ice. Pour in 4oz of Tres Agaves Certified Vegan Bloody Mary Mix, followed by 2oz of vodka for that extra kick. Give it a stir. Garnish with all of the fun toppings!
