If you are a football fan, this Sunday is a big deal. Let’s kick things off with a straightforward and tasty recipe that’s easy to whip up for any Super Bowl party!
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
- 2 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup marinated artichokes, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh dill weed, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Bari Certified Vegan Butter Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegan plain yogurt
- 1 tsp capers
- 6 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend till a smooth consistency.
- It really is that simple. Garnish with more olive oil, fresh dill weed sprigs, parsley and red pepper flakes.
