If you are a football fan, this Sunday is a big deal. Let’s kick things off with a straightforward and tasty recipe that’s easy to whip up for any Super Bowl party! 

Servings: 12


  • 2 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Bari Certified Vegan Butter Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup vegan plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp capers 
  • 6 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice 


  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend till a smooth consistency. 
  • It really is that simple. Garnish with more olive oil, fresh dill weed sprigs, parsley and red pepper flakes.
