Mezcal is magic. Sometimes it’s medicine, too. That’s right: we found the cure to a spinning mind and feed fatigue—a Negroni with a splash of Rosaluna Mezcal and a swath of grapefruit.


  • 1.5 oz Rosaluna Mezcal
  • 1 oz Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Aperitivo
  • Garnish: Grapefruit swath


Stir the ingredients with a bit of ice before straining into a chilled rocks glass filled with, yep—more ice. Garnish with grapefruit swath and put your phone away.
